UBCD 诊断工具

UBCD(Ultimate Boot CD) 允许用户在大部分 CDROM 驱动的英特尔兼容机器上运行基于软盘的诊断工具，不需要操作系统。CD 包括许多诊断使用工具，可以用来分享互联网连接或者浏览网页。
