Kodi XBOX媒体中心
Kodi (曾用名 XBMC)的全称是XBOX Media Center，顾名思义他就是XBOX平台的媒体中心。对于XBOX玩家来说如果没有安装XBMC，那么玩XBOX至少缺了一半的乐趣，甚至毫不夸张的说，XBMC才是很多玩家购买XBOX的真正目的。
Kodi（此前名为 XBMC）是一款著名的开源媒体中心和家庭影院电脑，改软件被翻译成超过30种语言。另外，其功能可高度扩展的通过第三方插件和扩展，支持PVR（个人视频录像机）。
Kodi 16.0 “Jarvis” 最终版本发布，并且还有 android 版本，该版本的功能变化：

Start of integration of ADSP (Audio Digital Signal Processing) handling (no add-ons shipped yet)

Improve image resizing and caching algorithm to improve image quality of images

Added support for the musicbrainz “ARTISTS” tag in id3v2, ape, xiph.

Ubuntu 用户安装命令：
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install kodi
使用下面的命令来安装音频编解码器等附加功能：
sudo apt-get install --install-suggests kodi
卸载 kodi 命令：
sudo apt-get remove kodi*
